Our refund and exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All products purchased from Pennenté can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

1. The item(s) are faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery. (A video proof while opening the package 📦)

2. The item(s) do not match the original product specifications or differ from what was ordered.

Exchanges are not accepted for:

1. Requests made outside the 7-day exchange period.
2. Products damaged due to misuse.
3. Products that have been tampered with.
4. Size issues caused by the customer.
