Necklace/Pendants/Chains
Use a tape measure to measure your wrist/neck in inches. If you don't have one, wrap a strip of paper around your wrist/neck, mark where the ends meet, and then measure the paper with a ruler.

Rings
1)Wrap a string or wire around the thickest part of your finger. Mark where the ends meet, then measure the length with a ruler in mm.
2) If you have a ring which fits, measure it's inner diameter.
